Antique French Renaissance Revival Jacobean Carved Barley Twist Dining Chairs with Throne Armchairs – Set of 8

An exceptional set of eight antique French Renaissance Revival and Jacobean-style dining chairs, showcasing elaborate carved woodwork, beautifully twisted barley-twist columns, and distinctive throne-style armchairs.

The set includes six high-back side chairs and two grand armchairs of varying heights, each featuring richly carved decorative crests, intricate scrollwork, turned legs, and coordinating barley-twist stretchers. The two throne armchairs create an impressive focal point at either end of a dining table, lending the ensemble a sense of Old World grandeur.

Upholstered in their original cream-colored patterned fabric, the chairs offer a beautiful contrast against the richly toned wood frames. Their architectural silhouettes and ornate craftsmanship make them ideal for a formal dining room, Spanish Revival estate, Tudor residence, Renaissance Revival interior, or sophisticated European-inspired home.

A striking collection of antique seating that combines historic character, sculptural detailing, and timeless elegance.
