Mid-Century Modern Ward Bennett Style Burgundy Leather Tuxedo Sofas on Chrome Plinth Bases for Reupholstery – Pair

A striking pair of late 20th-century Mid-Century Modern Ward Bennett style tuxedo sofas featuring clean architectural silhouettes, low-profile proportions, and sleek chrome plinth bases.

Each sofa measures an impressive 87 inches wide and showcases a streamlined rectangular frame with squared arms, upholstered backs, and three generously proportioned seat and back cushions. The original deep burgundy leather lends a rich vintage character, while the continuous chrome bases create a subtle floating effect.

The matching pair offers exceptional versatility for a spacious living room, sophisticated lounge, modernist residence, or designer interior. Positioned opposite one another, these sofas create an elegant and balanced conversation area.

Offered in original vintage condition, the sofas are ideal candidates for custom reupholstery. Their timeless, minimalist forms would translate beautifully into luxurious mohair, velvet, bouclé, or leather, allowing them to be customized for a contemporary interior.

Please contact us for custom reupholstery services and professional refinishing of the chrome bases.
