A striking set of two antique Victorian throne chairs by the Michigan Chair Company of Grand Rapids, Michigan. This matched set includes one armchair and one side chair, each featuring dramatic high backs, hand-caned seats and backs, and richly carved scrollwork throughout.
Crafted from walnut, the chairs display ornate crest rails, turned supports, carved aprons, and decorative stretchers characteristic of late Victorian design. While similar in style and craftsmanship, the chairs are not identical, adding to their authentic period charm. The original Michigan Chair Company label remains present on one chair.
Their impressive scale and architectural presence make them ideal for use as hall chairs, library seating, accent chairs, or decorative statement pieces in Victorian, Gothic Revival, or eclectic interiors.

No returns, exchanges and cancellations. All sales are final. We offer a one-time courtesy refund on a cancellation that is less than 24 hours from the purchase date. If an order is canceled after 24 hours, we will offer store credit minus a 20% restocking fee of the items listed price as long as the item is not in transit.
