Elegant vintage dining chair set designed by John Wisner for Ficks Reed, showcasing a refined blend of rattan and bamboo with rich varnished finishes and expertly wrapped joints. The set includes two armchairs and four side chairs, each featuring gracefully curved backs, stretcher bases, and distinctive metal-capped arm details that reflect Wisnerâs sophisticated British Colonial and organic modern aesthetic.
The chairs retain their original striped upholstery, which shows staining and age-related wear, and are being offered as-is for reupholstery. The frames are structurally solid with warm patina and beautiful character throughout.
