Standing nearly nine feet tall, this pair of Gothic Revival knights has a commanding, regal presence. Their substantial hollow-metal armor is finished in a rich painted verdigris patina, contrasted by silver-toned breastplates and armor with warm gold accents, perforated visors, sweeping black plumes, and permanently fixed metal swords. Each figure stands on a heavy metal pedestal with raised floral garland detailing. Monumental in scale and remarkably detailed up close, these are true statement pieces designed to define a space rather than simply decorate it.
