Chinese Black Lacquer Mother-of-Pearl Inlaid Four-Panel Folding Room Divider
Regular price$1,450.00 USD
/
An exquisite antique Chinese four-panel folding screen featuring richly detailed mother-of-pearl inlay against a dramatic black lacquer background. This beautifully decorated room divider showcases traditional Chinese figures dressed in flowing robes, surrounded by elegant garden pavilions, flowering trees, and picturesque landscapes.
The intricate decorative composition incorporates shimmering mother-of-pearl with warm gold-tone accents, creating a striking contrast against the glossy black lacquer finish. Each panel is framed with delicate ornamental borders, adding refinement and visual interest to the overall design.
The four hinged panels can be arranged at various angles, making this substantial screen both a decorative work of art and a functional room divider. Beautiful as a statement piece in a living room, bedroom, entryway, gallery, or sophisticated commercial interior.
A timeless example of Chinese decorative artistry that complements Asian antiques, Hollywood Regency, traditional, and eclectic interiors.
