An authentic late 19th-century Chinese elm wood cabinet from Shanxi Province, featuring traditional craftsmanship, beautifully aged wood, and distinctive carved architectural details.
The cabinet features a rectangular top above two drawers with decorative carved fronts and traditional metal ring pulls. Below, two paneled doors open to reveal an interior shelf, creating two levels of practical storage. Sculptural wing-shaped carvings frame the sides, while ornate metal door hardware adds to its historic character.
The warm brown finish, rich wood grain, and naturally developed patina reflect the cabinet's age and authenticity. Its compact proportions make it an excellent bedside cabinet, entryway accent, or decorative storage piece in a traditional, rustic, or eclectic interior.
