This Italian Hollywood Regency peacock mirror from the 1960s has an incredible sculptural presence in person. The round mirror sits within an elaborate carved wood frame, finished in gold and surrounded by sweeping peacock forms that project outward from the wall, giving the piece an unusual amount of depth and dimension. Up close, the carved feathers and layered detailing catch the light beautifully, while the gilded finish gives it that unmistakable glamorous, slightly theatrical quality of the period.
