1991 Arne Jacobsen Series 7 Dining Chairs for Fritz Hansen – Set of 7
Regular price$2,450.00 USD
/
Iconic set of seven Danish Modern Series 7 dining chairs designed by Arne Jacobsen for Fritz Hansen. Originally introduced in 1955, the Series 7 is one of the most celebrated designs in Scandinavian modern furniture.
Each chair features the signature sculptural molded plywood seat and back with a graceful hourglass silhouette, supported by slender tubular chrome-plated steel legs. The chairs retain their original light-colored painted finish and are marked with Fritz Hansen manufacturer's labels dating to 1991, confirming their Danish production.
The existing painted surfaces show considerable wear and would benefit from refinishing. These authentic designer chairs offer an excellent opportunity for customization while preserving their timeless modernist design.
Custom refinishing and repainting in a color of your choice are available through Vintage Grind House for an additional cost.
