The E.T.A. Sat Suspended Lamp was created by Guglielmo Berchicci for Italian lighting label Kundalini.

The lights are actually off white we just have the colored bulbs in them. There is a light on top and the bottom so you can have different colors or the same or no color.

UPHOLSTERY/REFINISHING:

We custom upholster and refinish majority of our items that you see up for sale. We use high end fabrics/hides/leathers/mohairs/boucles/velvets/etc., we replace the foam with high density foam (other foams are available if you preffered something different), just let us know and we will make it happen. Springs/straps/webbing are tightened/replaced/adjusted as needed. We bring the item fully back to life.

We also offfer quality fabrics for a great prices and can get the job done in about 2-3 weeks (or if you need it done sooner just let us), as we have 3 upholsterers on staff so we can always rearrange some things. We also extend our upholstery services for items purchased outside of our shop. For a quote, text us at 847-533-1945 with photo, measurements and if you have any fabric in mind. We will then get back to you with a quote and fabric suggestions. You can also provide your own fabric on any project. If the items are purchased from us and upholstery is wanted, the upholstery price will be discounted.

LAYAWAY POLICY:

We offer lay-away plans on any purchase. Please contact us for additional information.

Buyer further agrees that if any scheduled payment is missed, the down payment and the total amount of the payments previously made are forfeit and the item will be returned to open stock. Buyer also agrees that no further notification of payments due will be provided and the customer is responsible for keeping track of when the payments are due.***

RETURN/CANCELLATION POLICY:

No returns, no exchanges, no cancellations. All sales are final.

We offer a one-time courtesy refund on a cancellation that is less than 24 hours from the purchase date. If an order is canceled after 24 hours, we will offer store credit minus a 20% restocking fee of the items listed price. If the item is already in transit, no refund can be issued.. The store credit will be valid for 12 months from the original purchase date.

DELIVERY:

Your satisfaction is our priority. It is your responsibility as the buyer to inspect the item at the time the delivery is made, while the driver is still present. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase or if your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately.
