Vintage George IV English Regency Style Black Leather Chairs with Metal Lion Head Arms and Saber Legs - Pair
This striking pair of vintage English Regency style chairs beautifully captures the opulence and refinement of the George IV era. Upholstered in rich black leather, each chair features a gracefully curved back adorned with a decorative metal medallion, adding a touch of neoclassical sophistication.
The standout design element is the ornate silver metal armrests, each sculpted with an impressive lion’s head motif that flows seamlessly into clawed paw supports—a hallmark of Regency grandeur. The saber-style Klismo legs further enhance their elegant profile, lending a sense of movement and classical balance to the overall silhouette.
Perfect as accent chairs, formal side chairs, or statement pieces, this pair brings timeless character and historical charm to any refined interior, whether traditional, eclectic, or transitional in style.
