Italian Art Deco Sculptural Walnut Dining Chairs in Blue Suede and Leather with Brass Nailhead Trim – Set of 6

Vintage Italian Art Deco Sculptural Walnut Dining Chairs in Holly Hunt Blue Suede & Leather with Brass Nailhead Trim – Set of 6

An exceptional set of six vintage Italian Art Deco dining chairs from the 1950s, featuring beautifully sculpted walnut frames, dramatic flared backs, and luxurious custom upholstery in Holly Hunt's “Deep-Sea” blue suede and coordinating leather.

Each chair showcases a distinctive architectural silhouette with gracefully curved walnut frames, gently flared upper corners, and elegantly tapered legs. The upholstered backrests feature deep button tufting, creating a rich, dimensional appearance that beautifully complements the sculptural woodwork.

Completely custom restored and newly upholstered, the chairs feature plush blue suede seats and tufted interior backs, while the exterior backs are finished in smooth coordinating blue leather. Decorative brass nailhead trim outlines the upholstery, adding a sophisticated metallic accent against the warm walnut frames.

Particularly striking from behind, the chairs reveal beautifully contoured, leather-upholstered backs framed in walnut, making them an ideal choice for an open dining room where their architectural detailing can be appreciated from every angle.

A remarkable blend of Italian Art Deco glamour and Mid-Century Modern sophistication, this distinctive set offers an elegant statement for a formal dining room, contemporary residence, or sophisticated collector's interior.
